Online Warranty
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. This warranty card is valid in Singapore only and must be duty completed and return to FACO Electric within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty card and the purchase receipt must be presented to our service staff at the time of service.
3.The warranty shall be immediately ceased and become void, if unauthorized repair, tamper, alteration or modification is made to the product.
4. Under the following circumstances, service charge and parts will be chargeable even within the warranty period:
a. Failure to present warranty cart together with the purchase receipt.
b. Defaced or altered warranty card.
c. Damaged or defects caused by accidents, misuse, tampering, fire, lightning, household pests and unauthorized modification or wrong installation.
d. Wiring, piping, fitting or other accessories that are not direct or indirectly connected to the product itself.
e. Failure is not product related.
5. The company will not be held responsible whatsoever should accidents occur due to the installation not in accordance with our recommended instructions, fire, misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair, tampered, fire and acts of gods.
6. The company reserves the right to replace part or parts that are due to manufacturing defects.
7. This warranty shall subject to the Product Warranty Guide (below) covering replacement of parts and specific spare parts.
8. If the product is covered by warranty and service call to site is required, our standard transport and service fee will be charged and if parts used, it will be free of charged.
9. If the product is no longer covered by warranty, a charge will be made for site visit and any parts supplied.
10. A charge will be made in the event of an aborted service call.
11. All payments due must be paid to the serviceman upon completion of the job and we reserve the right not to undertake any work where payment cannot be made.
